MEF Launches Expanded 2012 Carrier Ethernet Awards

Ethernet excellence and innovation
The MEF (Metro Ethernet
Forum) today announced details of an enhanced awards program for 2012 – the
Carrier Ethernet Awards – which for the first time, will acknowledge
partnerships between Service Providers and their clients in the delivery of
Carrier Ethernet services for various application verticals. The awards will be
presented in North America, Asia-Pacific (APAC), Europe, Middle East &
Africa (EMEA) and Caribbean & Latin American (CALA) regions with a Global
Service Provider award being presented to the provider offering the most
comprehensive range of Ethernet services in 3 or more regions. Full details and
