The MEF Global Services Directory (GSD) meets the surge in demand for Carrier Ethernet Services. The Global Services Directory (GSD), comprised of information from MEF service provider members, is targeted at both end-user business looking at bringing Ethernet services to new locations and service providers acquiring access services from other providers on a wholesale basis and brings together the largest collection of service providers enabling interconnectivity at a global level. The tool is a free on-line tool offering the the latest data on service coverage and availability across the globe. The GSD is simple to use and offers businesses and other service providers the ability to find partners in Carrier Ethernet.
“This tool is a great resource for businesses and carriers looking to find the right Carrier Ethernet provider down to the exact location they desire,” said Kevin Vachon, chief operating officer, for the MEF. “We expect to grow our data significantly over the next year as Ethernet Services continue to globalize”.
