Biography
Nominated Advisor to EXFO`s CTO Office in July 2008. In this role, Mr. Giguère is instrumental in analyzing market dynamics and implementing corresponding technical strategies for EXFO’s Ethernet and Transport test product portfolio. He is EXFO’s representative to many standard organizations including the Metro Ethernet Forum, the International Telecommunication Union and sit on the Board of Directors of the Network Test Automation Forum. Prior to his nomination as Advisor to the CTO Office, Mr. Giguère held product management and system engineering positions both at EXFO. He has also presented multiple technology seminars and webinars and authored or co-authored numerous application notes, magazine articles and technology reference guides. Mr. Giguère is the current editor of ITU-T Y.156sam.
