Refund Policy

This site maintains a "no refund" policy for any products or services.

If you are requesting an exception to the above "no refund" policy, please be aware of the following:

• Special service fees are non-refundable.
  
• Special requests for exemption, must be made 15 days prior to a scheduled exam
• You are not eligible for a refund for any exams you miss
  
• If your exam was paid by a person other than yourself, you are not entitled to a refund.
• If a refund should be granted, it will be refunded by the same method with which it was purchased (PayPal etc.) and credited back to that account.

Additional Charges

The MEF and Ethernet Academy maintains the right to charge additional services fees for missing scheduled exams, or rescheduling within 48 hours of a scheduled 'online proctored' exam via Proctorcam.  Fees may range from $50 to $350.00 for missed exams.
